The National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) is an industry trade association representing the entire fluid power supply chain. The NFPA's mission is to serve as a forum where partners work together to advance fluid power technology, strengthen the fluid power industry, and foster members' success.
NFPA first came to Northwoods more than a decade ago, seeking a custom software partner to help them gather, process, and anonymize member data. Built on Titan CMS, Northwoods’ enterprise content management system, the software enables NFPA to manage information and share the latest fluid power industry market trends with its members.
Impressed by our digital expertise, NFPA also chose Northwoods to redesign all three of its websites, each serving a unique audience. The main site, NFPA.com, was built on Titan CMS and provides general information about the association. NFPAHub.com and NFPAFoundation.org were built on WordPress, serving members with valuable tools and resources, and supporting NFPA’s charitable commitment to fluid power workforce development.
Throughout the website redesign process, we worked closely with NFPA to map out a comprehensive seven-year plan, guiding them through the UX strategy, third-party integrations, content migration, design, and development. Our team’s 25+ years of experience and expert advice has allowed them to present a polished and seamless digital experience across the entire NFPA ecosystem.
